As of right now, eight weeks for some orders and four to six weeks for others. Please note that this is business days. We are currently in the process of researching and trying new methods to decrease shipping time.
At this time, we do not offer expedited production, and we do not recommend purchasing expedited shipping because our shipping times are fairly quick. It is generally our production that slows down you receiving your product, and we are doing our best to improve our processes so that we can decrease our production time. Please note that some items and powerboxes (individual insert[s], 3 powerbox "Side Street) can be produced more quickly than others (6 powerboxes "City Scape" and "City Lights.")
Our powerboxes are custom-made entirely in the United States, and are produced by a combination of 3D printers and by hand. Also, when possible, we try to support local businesses for our supplies because one of our core values as a business is to give back to our community. Lastly, we are a small business, started by a barber to support barbers, cosmetologists, and other hair professionals. For barbers, by barbers!
Once the USPS receives your package from us, it generally takes 2 to 4 business days for you to receive your powerbox.
Email is the best way to contact Customer Support. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have placed an order with us, please include your order number and the date that you placed your order (MM/DD/YYYY) when you email us. Please be aware that we try to respond to social media messages, too, but email is the fastest way for us to respond to you.
We do our best to respond to emails as quickly as possible, but it may take 2 to 3 business days or more for us to respond to your email. We generally read all of our emails, but since we receive a number of emails every day, we cannot always respond as quickly as we would like. Also, please make sure your mailbox is not full because some customers try to email us repeatedly, but our replies do not go through because their email inboxes are full.

You will receive an email with shipping details, such as your tracking number, once your order has shipped.

Depends on the status of your order. If your order is "awaiting processing," you can usually modify your order. If your order is "processing," we will do our best to make changes to your order, but our ability to do so will depend on how far along in the production process your powerbox is, what your changes are, etc. If your order is "shipped," we generally cannot make changes to your order. However, if you need to change an insert, you can purchase individual inserts through our web store.
"Awaiting processing" means your order has not been produced as of yet. When we have begun making your order, you will receive an email that says your order is "processing."
When you receive an email or check on your order, and it says that your order is "processing," this means that your order is in the production process. In other words, we are printing, assembling, and testing your powerbox and its components.
When we create and print your shipping label, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has shipped. However, if when you look up your order on USPS tracking, and it says, "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item," this means that we have created and printed the shipping label for your package, but we have not taken it to a post office drop-off location yet.
